Location: Based at our Support Office in Finchley 3 days a week 

The Role:
We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our growing finance team. This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational leaders to drive performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making across the care home portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide robust P&L analysis across multiple care homes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities 
- Partner with Operational Managers and Regional Directors to improve financial performance and accountability 
- Support and challenge the business with insightful financial modelling and forecasting 
- Lead on commercial negotiations with commissioners, ensuring sustainable fee rates and contract terms 
- Deliver data-driven insights through detailed financial and operational analysis 
- Investigate ad hoc finance and data enquiries, presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders 
- Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining high standards of care 
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes 

About You:

- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) 
- Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role 
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets 
- Confident communicator, able to influence non-financial stakeholders 
- Experience in multi-site environments (healthcare, care homes, or similar highly desirable) 
- Commercially astute with experience in negotiation and stakeholder management 
- Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-focused mindset
